A contemporary hotel located next to Short Pump town center, the Richmond Hilton Garden Inn is a highly visible site developed with a strong partnerships from W.M Jordan. Coordinating between masonry contractor and our EIFS work had to be synchronized perfectly in order to achieve their grand opening date and not cause any delays. Through a great partnership we were able to use a combination of our scaffolding materials, aerial lifts, as well as the mason’s mast climber erector system. The sheer size of this building created a unique set of challenges, but it’s the extra details added to key areas such as the front entrance that make this project stand apart.
